Summer Readings

Some of you may have read this on my Instagram a few days ago: during the Summer months I like to read more crime stories, some fantasy about magic, or vampire stories. I don't know why, it's always been like this since I started to read book after book. These are some of the books I want to read during July and August. Do you have any little reader confessions to make? [caption id="attachment_4116" align="aligncenter" width="474"]summer reading Pirates and other friends[/caption] The Magicians, Lev Grossman: I started to read this book I think two years ago, but I wasn't so sure I liked it and after a while I  abandoned it. Now it's time to try again. Tempi Glaciali, Fred Vargas: I can't wait to have this book in my hands, I love this series. Living Dead in Dallas, Charlaine Harris: I think it's time to take a chance with the second book of the series. The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, Arthur Conan Doyle Non Avevo Capito Niente, Diego de Silva Tortuga/Veracruz, Valerio Evangelisti: I just finished the first one of this pirates' series and I have to say it, I liked it. The Hound of the D'Urbervilles, Kim Newman: many years ago I read Anno Dracula, the first one, and I remember to really have loved it.
