One of the things I love the most is to create unique pieces to add to my collection. For the wall hangings is normal to do this, especially because I use leftover yarns, eco wool and hand dyed yarns. I didn't really jump on the train of the "weaving wave", (sorry for the wordplay), it's just something I enjoy to do when I have something in mind that I want to reproduce with wool, colors and twines. For example, when I started to create this piece, I knew I wanted to play with many colors, most of them are really out of my comfort zone. At the beginning I wasn't so sure, but while I was creating it, I was so happy and all the colors made me smile every time I was working on it. I also really love the back of the work! During the winter I made something similar, but with metal beads and wool yarns. All of them were one of a kind as well. For this necklace I used 100% grey cotton, vintage mustard wool I found in a beautiful little place in Paris and a vintage yellow bead.
